About
Rise & Respond Foundation is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of law enforcement officers wounded in the line of duty and offering steadfast support to their families. Rooted in our faith, we strive to reflect Christ’s love through compassionate service, generous outreach, and unwavering presence—ensuring that no officer or family walks their path alone.
Believing that true strength and hope come from God, we extend His grace by providing financial assistance, critical resources, and heartfelt encouragement to those who have bravely served and sacrificed for the safety of others.
Through our scholarship initiative, the Rise & Respond Foundation invests in the next generation of Christian and public service leaders. We offer scholarships to students enrolled in Bible Colleges, Christian Universities, and accredited colleges or universities offering law enforcement degrees or technical certificates. Our goal is to empower these students to grow in faith, character, and purpose—equipping them to serve their communities with wisdom, courage, and integrity.
We are called to rise with compassion and respond with action—honoring the selfless spirit of those who serve by embodying the love of Christ in all we do.

Supporting wounded officers and their families.
Providing educational opportunities for those pursuing careers in ministry or law enforcement.
Promoting mental health and suicide awareness through the Scott Sabrosky Memoriam Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program.
Our Mission
1️⃣ Strengthening and Supporting Wounded Officers & Families
Every day, law enforcement officers stand in harm’s way to protect our communities. When they are wounded in the line of duty, their lives—and the lives of their families—can change in an instant. Rise & Respond stands beside these heroes, offering financial aid, essential resources, and a compassionate network of support to help ease the burdens of recovery and bring hope during difficult times.
2️⃣ Investing in Future Faith-Based and Law Enforcement Leaders
We believe strong communities are built on faith, service, and integrity. That’s why we provide scholarships to students enrolled in Bible Colleges, Christian Universities, and accredited institutions offering law enforcement degrees or technical certificates. 3️⃣ The Scott Sabrosky Memoriam Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program
In honor of Scott Sabrosky, this program was established to confront one of the most pressing issues facing law enforcement today—mental health and suicide prevention. Through this initiative, we aim to bring awareness, education, and faith-centered resources to officers and their families struggling with the unseen wounds of trauma and service.
The program seeks to:
Provide access to faith-based mental health support and counseling.
Partner with local agencies and ministries to promote open conversations about emotional well-being.
Offer training and prevention resources to departments and communities.
Honor the memory of those lost by fostering hope, resilience, and restoration among those still serving.
At the heart of Rise and Respond Foundation is a commitment to faith, service, and restoration. Guided by Christian principles, we strive to uplift those who have sacrificed and to prepare future leaders to carry the torch of hope, justice, and grace.
With the help of generous donors and community partners, we are building a legacy of support, purpose, and awareness—ensuring no wounded officer, family, or struggling soul walks alone, and that every student called to serve has the opportunity to answer that call.
