Join us for an evening featuring music from resilient, trailblazing musical figures, including Ludwig van Beethoven, Grażyna Bacewicz, and our featured performer, Hovia Edwards, premiering Justin Ralls’ Concerto for Native American Flute. Each piece offers music as a tool for resilience, even within each of these composers’ personal journeys.

Whether their resilience is found through honoring their Native American culture, battling to be heard as one of the first women composers, or creating symphonies despite deafness, this concert represents strength through hope.
