Highland Band and Color Guard Potato Bar and Silent Auction

Are you looking for a fun night out with friends, well you are in luck, it’s time for the Highland High School Band and Color Guard potato bar and auction.

The annual event takes place on February 27th from 5 to 8 pm in Highland’s cafeteria. We will be serving baked potatoes with chili, cheese, and sour cream, salad, bread, desert, and a beverage.

Tickets can be purchased from any band or color guard student or will be available at the door for $20 per family (living under the same roof) or $5 per person.

Ensembles and the jazz band will be playing throughout the evening. We have over 200 auction items including musical instruments, hotel rooms, restaurant coupons, airplane flights, and donations from many local merchants. We also have a laptop computer we will be raffling off. Raffle tickets are available before and during the auction from any band or color guard student.

Money raised from this event helps decrease the cost of overall band expenses and student travel incurred throughout the year. With the decrease in funding, we are working extra hard to make up for the short fall.
